SAVOIR DEVENIR

SAVOIR DEVENIR is a French non-profit association, backed by the UNESCO “Savoir*Devenir” Chair located at the Sorbonne Nouvelle University. It aims to support the digital transition through actions in favour of Media, Information Literacy and Digital citizenship, as well as Internet Governance.
The association addresses all publics – citizens, educators, institutional and industrial actors – to foster humanistic and ethical digital initiatives. Its mains activities are:

  • Creation, implementation and monitoring of national and international projects
  • Professional training (online/offline)
  • Production of educational resources
  • Research
  • Conferences and events
  • Community building

SAVOIR DEVENIR is the coordinator of the YouVerify! project. As such, the association makes sure the project runs smoothly and efficiently to attain its objectives, ensuring proper communication between partners, and reporting to the European Commission.

UNED

UNED is world reference of distance education. In this sense, between 2014 and 2017, we led the development and implementation in the ECO project, based on dissemination of academic knowledge through the called sMOOC (social Massive Open Online Courses) and tMOOC (transfer Massive Open Online Courses), within the framework of CIP (Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Program).

Today, UNED is the largest university in Spain with more than 260,000 students; with an educational offer that includes 26 Bachelor's degrees, 43 masters, more than 600 Continuous Training programs, 12 languages courses, more than a hundred summer Courses and almost 400 university Extension Activities.
